1. Planning various production schedules, arranging material, planning of shifts, maintaining records etc.
2. Receiving SOA from marketing and comparing it with PO of customers and giving feedback about dispatch date of SOA.
3. Daily, weekly and monthly dispatch plan for SOA.
4. Raw materials shortfalls and follow up of vendors.
5. Individual daily and weekly plans for Welding, Sand Blasting, Assembly and Calibration..
6. Taking follow up of incoming, inprocess and final quality for process rejection and making action plans over that.
7. To take daily meeting with Purchase, Marketing, Commercial, Production, QC, Dept. for daily dispatch activity.

1. The Candidate should have experience in Production of Valves
2. Setting up the Factory.
3. Should have experience in production of valves either Needle valves, Manifold, Tube Fittings, etc.
