The Group has well defined HR policies, which envisage guidelines pertaining to employee motivation, development and welfare and performance management. The Policy is applicable to all across WAAREE group equally. The Provisions mentioned therein ensures absolute transparency in all the issues related to Human Resource Management.

1. Induction Process

All the new joinees are put through a well designed Induction process which gives them first hand information about the organization, its work culture, vision, mission and core values. This enables the new joinee to become comfortable and feel at home from the very beginning of his / her  career with Waaree.

2. Training & Development

We are committed to develop our employees to ensure that they discharge their duties efficiently and also grow to take up new challenges & higher positions. To achieve this, we conduct in-house training programs regularly and also send our employees for highly specialized courses conducted by well reputed institutions like Indian Institute of Technology, Indian Institute of Management, etc.

3. Performance Management System

Employees are evaluated through a professionally designed Appraisal system which is used against the goals & targets set for them at the beginning of financial year. The performance of Employees is based on measurable Targets and monitored critically while evaluating the Employees for the Growth. The Compensation is split into Fixed and Variable part. Variable part is paid against the performance.

4. Employee Suggestion Scheme

The Employees are motivated to put forth their ideas and suggestions which can help the organization achieve the goals and targets aligned with vision & mission. Such ideas are also suitably rewarded and also implemented to reap the benefits.

5. Employee Referral Scheme

In order to attract talents in the organization who are professionally, emotionally and ethically compatible to the existing team. The available vacancies are circulated to the employees allowing them to refer professionals known to them who can gel well with the existing team. Such candidates are put through professional evaluation process with other candidates called through different sources. Only if they are found suitable, they are inducted. Upon this the referring employee is financially rewarded for such contribution.

6. Award & Reward

We firmly believe in motivating our employees and recognition to their contribution/ special achievements by suitable reward/ award periodically and also on case to case basis. These rewards are in the form of financial/ in kind.

7. Mediclaim Policy for employees and their family members

All the employees and their family members/ dependants are covered under a medi-claim policy with family floater. Senior Executives are also provided with the facility of free health check up once in a year. This ensures that employees and their family members are healthy at the cost of Waaree.

8. Corporate Social responsibilities (CSR)

Apart from our contributions to various social activities we also have a Trust involved dedicatedly for social cause and we also conduct Blood donation camp in Vapi every year.
